1. Immaterial rights
All content provided on Safe Control’s website (images, texts, videos, graphics, logos, data codes, etc.) belongs to Safe Control and is protected by Swedish and international law. The material provided on the Safe Control websites may only be used for informational purposes. Unauthorized use or dissemination of the content may be contrary to the Copyright Act (1960:729) and may be subject to legal action.
Safe Control’s written approval must be obtained before any reuse or copying. Nor is it permitted to use, modify or communicate the information for commercial purposes. However, it is permitted to download a single copy of information from the wesite for individual use.
Safe Control’s trademarks and logos are protected by trademark law, so it is not permitted to use Safe Control’s trademarks or logos if Safe Control has not given its written approval. To use Safe Control’s trademark for marketing purposes, formal written consent is required.
2. Personal information
Safe Control Materialteknik AB works actively to protect our customers’ and other contacts’ personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The new law, the General Data protection Ordinance (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, further strengthens the company’s guidelines regarding personal privacy.
By submitting your personal information to Safe Control, you agree that Safe Control stores and processes your personal information in other ways. Personal data is processed manually and digitally with confidentiality.
Accreditation
Safe Control Materialteknik AB has been accredited since 2001 and has had a flexible accreditation since 2016.
All testing takes place against European and international standards.
